As an additional task, I started to review my teammates’ pull requests. On my own initiative, and by nagging, I also got the team to try to introduce some sort of annual knowledge exchange: presentations of what we had learned in the last period.

This work was a direct continuation of my previous contract, for the same company and management but a different branch or brand. My coding duties did not change much from the previous ones.
